Design polished digital experiences, end-to-end user flows, and reusable components, while evolving the Design System and using AI to accelerate prototyping and hypothesis validation. Lead discovery, analyze product metrics, and optimize landing pages and acquisition flows through A/B testing in collaboration with Growth teams.
Responsibilities
- Design highâconversion digital experiences and endâtoâend flows with pixelâperfect visual quality
- Create detailed components with multiple states and evolve the Design System
- Apply AI to accelerate prototype generation and agile hypothesis validation
- Lead discovery activities and analyse real metrics to identify opportunities and shape strategic decisions
- Optimise landing pages and acquisition funnels through A/B testing in partnership with Growth teams
- Document and present design decisions with solid justification, fostering collaboration and critical reviews
Requirements
- Completed higher education
- Proven senior product design experience with a strong visual portfolio
- Expertise in Figma and AI tools (Claude, MCP)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with discovery processes
- Handsâon experience with growth strategies, conversion optimisation and A/B testing
- Clear, argumentative communication and collaboration with engineering
