Staff Product Designer

Lead end-to-end product design, from understanding user and business problems through discovery, prototyping, validation, delivery, and post-launch iteration. Map complex user journeys, maintain the design system, support rollout and go-to-market activities, use AI to accelerate design work, and provide technical leadership to the design team.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product design lifecycle from problem understanding to solution delivery
• Conduct discovery, structure hypotheses, prototype, validate and iterate based on data and user feedback
• Map end‑to‑end journeys for HR, collaborators, partners and operations, considering flows, exceptions and business rules
• Create high‑fidelity flows and prototypes, ensuring clear hand‑off to engineering
• Question requirements, propose alternatives and actively participate in product decisions with cross‑functional partners
• Monitor feature performance post‑launch, gather learnings and propose continuous improvements
• Support rollout and go‑to‑market strategies through materials, presentations, documentation and training
• Leverage AI to speed up research, ideation, prototyping and solution exploration
• Maintain and evolve the design system and platform experience standards
• Act as a technical reference for the design team, driving practice and process maturity

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product design for digital products
• Strong discovery, research, hypothesis validation and experimentation skills
• Systemic thinking and ability to structure complex problems
• Journey mapping, high‑fidelity prototyping and design‑system expertise
• Collaboration with product, engineering and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and influence abilities
• Hands‑on attitude, ownership mindset and result orientation
• Interest in using AI to accelerate design processes
