Contribute to the design system, shape product and technical direction with product and engineering partners, and maintain a coherent, high-quality experience across the platform.
Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of product design experience, including at least 3+ years at Senior, Principal, or Staff level, with demonstrated experience designing for AI and non-deterministic behavior. Candidates should have contributed significantly to a design system, shipped 0-to-1 features, and bring strong UX, UI craft, product thinking, research, storytelling, and collaboration skills; confident English is required, while German and healthtech experience are advantageous but not required.
