Senior UI Designer- Freelance

Lead visual design direction and create polished interfaces for CRM and other digital platforms, while defining and scaling design systems and modular asset libraries. Collaborate across disciplines, contribute UX and UI expertise, and use AI tools to improve design quality, consistency, and production efficiency, including for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead visual design direction and create polished interfaces for CRM and other digital platforms, while defining and scaling design systems and modular asset libraries. Collaborate across disciplines, contribute UX and UI expertise, and use AI tools to improve design quality, consistency, and production efficiency, including for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
Requirements
- Candidates need senior-level UI or digital design experience, proven CRM experience, a strong portfolio, and hands-on experience with advertising agencies, including at least three years in an agency. They should bring strong UI craft and working UX knowledge, healthcare or pharmaceutical client experience, design-system expertise, familiarity with AI design tools, and the ability to work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
