Requirements
- Requires 6+ years of product design experience shipping B2B SaaS products, experience designing AI-enabled or conversational products for real users, and practical service design experience with multiple stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate strong web design craft, sound judgment in high-stakes AI experiences, comfort with ambiguity, and effective cross-functional communication.
