Responsibilities
- Design and ship AI-native HR experiences across customer self-service, AI guidance, and human expert support, including mapping journeys and operational handoffs. Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to set product direction, evaluate AI outputs, conduct research, and maintain a high craft bar while building trust in high-stakes situations.
Requirements
- Requires 6+ years of product design experience shipping B2B SaaS products, experience designing AI-enabled or conversational products for real users, and practical service design experience involving multiple stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate strong judgment about AI uncertainty and human oversight, comfort with ambiguity, and effective cross-functional communication; experience in regulated domains or AI governance is a plus.
