Requirements
- Requires 6+ years of product design experience shipping B2B SaaS work, strong web design craft, and experience delivering AI-enabled or conversational products to real users. Candidates should have practical service design experience with multiple stakeholders, sound judgment in high-stakes AI contexts, comfort with ambiguity, and strong cross-functional communication.
