Design and improve user experiences for public-facing digital products by creating user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and service blueprints. Conduct user research and usability testing, iterate on designs, and collaborate with product owners, developers, stakeholders, and UX colleagues.

Conduct user research and usability testing, iterate on designs, and collaborate with product owners, developers, stakeholders, and UX colleagues.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of relevant experience on complex projects, strong UX best practices and mobile-first/responsive design expertise, and experience with Figma, service design, design systems, and Agile/Scrum. Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills are required; experience with other UX tools is expected, while HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks, and Azure DevOps are listed as advantages.
