Requirements
- The role requires a portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, strong design fundamentals, clear reasoning, and either outstanding early-career potential or a proven record shipping high-quality products at scale. Candidates should work quickly without sacrificing quality, be fluent in Figma and modern design tools, and bring ownership, user-centered judgment, and research rigor; familiarity with games or social products is a plus.
