Partner with product, engineering, research, data, quality, and operations teams to understand user workflows, prioritize improvements, and raise design quality through systems thinking, facilitation, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of product design experience, ideally with complex interactive products, and a strong record of shipped work with measurable impact. Candidates should bring deep visual and interaction design expertise, experience designing scalable systems or workflows, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a hands-on, impact-driven approach; model training, conversational AI, or task management experience is a bonus.
