Design user-centered experiences for financial products, creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to validate ideas and improve usability. Collaborate with development, product, and business teams, apply research insights, maintain scalable design systems, and work through continuous agile iteration.
Responsibilities
- Design user‑focused digital experiences for financial products
- Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to define requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to validate concepts
- Conduct usability testing and apply research insights to improve designs
- Define and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability
- Work in agile, iterative development cycles
Requirements
- 3+ years of product, UX/UI or similar design experience
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools
- Experience designing digital products for fintech, banking or e‑commerce
- Ability to translate data and research insights into effective designs
- Knowledge of accessibility and user‑centered design best practices
- Experience working with development teams in agile methodologies (preferred)
