Lead the creative and technical design of WSS stores, including concepts, floor plans, fixtures, construction documents, and design standards for new builds, remodels, and special projects. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors, review plans, conduct site visits, and ensure designs meet brand, customer experience, operational, and financial goals.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors, review plans, conduct site visits, and ensure designs meet brand, customer experience, operational, and financial goals.
Requirements
- A bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred, along with at least five years of retail store design experience. Candidates should be proficient with design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite, understand construction processes, building codes, and ADA requirements, and be able to manage multiple projects effectively.
