Senior Solutions Design Manager Europe & MEA – Warehouse Design

Lead and develop complex technical and commercial warehouse solutions across Europe and the Middle East and Africa, modeling operational scenarios and advising customers on innovative solutions and cost-benefit options. Collaborate with commercial teams, business development, and key account managers to build commercial frameworks that support growth, contract retention, continuous improvement, sustainability, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop complex technical and commercial warehouse solutions across Europe and the Middle East and Africa, modeling operational scenarios and advising customers on innovative solutions and cost-benefit options. Collaborate with commercial teams, business development, and key account managers to build commercial frameworks that support growth, contract retention, continuous improvement, sustainability, and innovation.
Requirements
- Requires 5–8 years of logistics or end-to-end supply chain experience, exposure to complex warehouse or transport solution design, project management knowledge, advanced Excel-based data analysis, and strong communication and stakeholder influence skills. Applicants should have a relevant master's degree and business-level fluency in English and German; experience in technical sales, design tools, or warehouse automation is an advantage.
