- Design and validate electricity-price and congestion-linked derivatives, including contract specifications, pricing and settlement methodologies, benchmarks, and risk controls. Analyze power-market data and transmission risks, identify commercially valuable products, and collaborate with engineers, quantitative researchers, and market participants to build and launch them.
Requirements
- Candidates need experience with at least one U.S. ISO/RTO and strong knowledge of FTRs, CRRs, LMPs, congestion pricing, and source-to-sink spreads. Relevant experience in power trading, market design, transmission planning, congestion analysis, grid operations, or market monitoring is required, along with strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
