Requirements
- Candidates must have created system standards or patterns used beyond their immediate team, designed sophisticated interactions across states and edge cases, worked extensively with design tokens, and translated design intent into structured implementation artifacts. The role typically requires 5+ years of product design experience, substantial cross-team systems experience, close engineering collaboration, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent evidence of accomplishment.
