Conduct user research and create user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for digital mobility experiences, including in-vehicle experiences. Collaborate with product, development, and multidisciplinary teams to document and present design solutions, test and improve them iteratively, and align user needs with product goals and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research to understand needs, behaviors and expectations
- Create user journeys, workflows, wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Develop intuitive, functional and visually consistent UX/UI solutions
- Translate user needs into relevant digital experiences and user stories
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers and multidisciplinary teams
- Produce functional specifications and documentation for development
- Participate in iterative design, testing and continuous improvement cycles
- Present functional prototypes and design solutions to stakeholders
- Communicate design decisions through storytelling, presentations and demos
- Ensure alignment between user needs, product goals and technical possibilities
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in UX/Product Design
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and User‑Centered Design
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
- Experience creating high‑fidelity mock‑ups and functional prototypes
- Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Current residence in Portugal with legal right to work
- Availability to start within 30 days and occasional international travel
