Visual Designer (Seasonal), Amazon Music Creative Production

Create and optimize on-brand digital designs and promotional graphics for multiple platforms, following project requirements, templates, and style guides. Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and design peers to present work, incorporate feedback, maintain quality, and deliver multiple projects on tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create on‑brand digital design solutions that meet business goals and project requirements
• Develop layouts and visuals that support business objectives while partnering with marketing teams
• Present work to stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval
• Ensure designs adhere to product/project guidelines and graphic templates
• Source key art and promotional graphics
• Optimize digital images for web, mobile, big‑screen and other devices
• Maintain quality control in collaboration with marketing, design peers, and quality specialists
• Handle multiple project requests while meeting tight deadlines
• Illustrate design methods, tools, communication, and presentation skills

Requirements

• 4+ years of creative experience in advertising agencies or in‑house creative teams
• Online portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, art direction, and design skills
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and multitask
• Excellent verbal, written, and storytelling abilities
