Lead end-to-end website design, from research and information architecture through visual design, engineering handoff, and quality assurance, creating accessible, conversion-focused experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, and test and iterate on designs to improve usability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end website design, from research and information architecture through visual design, engineering handoff, and quality assurance, creating accessible, conversion-focused experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, and test and iterate on designs to improve usability and performance.

Requirements

• Requires 5–7 years of web design experience, a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and measurable impact, strong UX/UI and responsive design expertise, and fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Candidates should also be familiar with AI-assisted design tools, understand iOS and Android design patterns, and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively while managing multiple projects.
