Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, urban planning, construction management, or a related field, at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, and a current architectural license. Candidates must have experience managing major educational facility design and capital projects, including DSA or OSHPD/HCAi certification, contract administration, cost estimating, scheduling, and knowledge of DSA requirements.
