Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate new products, develop prototypes, and conduct tests to advance designs toward mass production. Support CAD design, engineering builds, supplier and contract manufacturer coordination, and troubleshooting manufacturing quality issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate new products, develop prototypes, and conduct tests to advance designs toward mass production. Support CAD design, engineering builds, supplier and contract manufacturer coordination, and troubleshooting manufacturing quality issues.
Requirements
- Applicants must be pursuing or have completed a BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering and have working knowledge of manufacturing processes and material selection for electromechanical systems. They should be proficient in 3D CAD, preferably NX, and rapid prototyping, with strong analytical and communication skills; experience with FEA, thermal simulation, statistical analysis, and high-volume manufacturing design is preferred.
