Design Engineering Manager

Lead and develop the Engineering team, own the new product development pipeline from initial brief through production release, and establish effective project governance, resource planning, and risk management. Oversee design workflows, change control, and documentation while partnering with Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Sales, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to improve product performance and deliver commercial results.

Oversee design workflows, change control, and documentation while partnering with Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Sales, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to improve product performance and deliver commercial results.
Requirements
- Requires proven leadership of engineering, product development, or R&D teams and experience delivering new product development projects from concept to production in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should have critical SolidWorks experience, familiarity with PDM and document control systems, strong manufacturing and quality knowledge, supplier problem-solving experience, and effective planning and stakeholder management skills.
