Lead end-to-end UX design for student-facing mobile features, creating inclusive, motivating experiences that support learning progress, engagement, activation, and retention. Collaborate with product, engineering, learning design, research, and analytics teams to prototype, test, localize, and iteratively deliver cohesive experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for student-facing mobile features, creating inclusive, motivating experiences that support learning progress, engagement, activation, and retention. Collaborate with product, engineering, learning design, research, and analytics teams to prototype, test, localize, and iteratively deliver cohesive experiences.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of digital product design experience, strong mobile UX expertise across iOS and Android, expert Figma skills, and experience with design systems, research, usability testing, and quantitative insights. Candidates should communicate in English at C1 level or above and be able to take ownership of in-flight projects autonomously; education-sector experience, gamification knowledge, and localization familiarity are optional.
