Ideate, design, and iterate user-centered digital products using research and user feedback, and collaborate with business, technology, design, and product teams to align solutions with organizational goals. Manage the design backlog, validate technical feasibility, conduct user research and testing, and promote design standards and continuous improvement through design systems and UX/UI best practices.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, design and iterate digital products based on research and user feedback
- Create user‑centered digital experiences for high‑impact products and services
- Collaborate with business, technology, design and product teams to build solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Build and manage design backlog together with Product Owners and design leads
- Validate technical feasibility of proposals with development teams
- Participate in user research to identify improvement opportunities and generate insights
- Plan and execute testing sessions to validate hypotheses and optimize user experience
- Define and promote design guidelines through Design Systems and UX/UI best practices
- Stay up‑to‑date with design methodologies, trends and digital tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the digital experience ecosystem
Requirements
- 3‑5 years experience as Product Designer, UX Designer or similar
- Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Product Design or related field
- Experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms
- Proficiency in user‑centered design methodologies
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Collaboration with developers, designers, testers and Product Managers
- Hands‑on experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and design proposals
- Basic English proficiency (A1 level)
- Desirable: UI knowledge, Design Systems experience, fintech product experience, prototyping tools, digital experience metrics, portfolio of user‑focused projects
