Responsibilities
- Improve the craft and consistency of the dashboard and recipient experience, including navigation, information architecture, motion, micro-interactions, and empty states. Own and evolve the design system, define a vision for product foundations, and partner with engineering to prototype and deliver design work, including projects without an embedded designer.
Requirements
- Requires 8 or more years of product design experience, including work on B2B products, with strong product thinking and a portfolio demonstrating visual, UI, and motion design craft. Candidates should have owned and improved a design system, worked on information architecture and product vision or redesign, communicate and tell stories effectively, and use AI tools for design and prototyping.
