- Design and document reusable, accessible UI components and workflows for a standardized design system, including component states, variants, responsive behavior, and design-token-to-code guidance. Configure AI-assisted design-to-development workflows and collaborate with product design and engineering teams to validate implementation and support adoption.
Requirements
- Requires 4+ years of UI, product, or related design experience, hands-on ownership of a design system component library, advanced Figma skills, and experience configuring and troubleshooting Claude or Claude Code in production workflows. Candidates should also demonstrate strong documentation and communication skills, knowledge of WCAG 2.2 Level AA and design-token implementation, and a design-related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
