Requirements
- Candidates should have a portfolio demonstrating excellent craft, systems thinking, and leadership through influence, along with experience designing solutions across teams and workflows. They should be comfortable using code editors and LLM-powered tools to prototype in production and contribute to code, and be able to create clarity and ship outcomes amid ambiguity.
