Requirements
- Candidates should have around eight or more years of experience, strong visual and interaction design craft, and a track record taking complex products from concept through launch. They should be comfortable with quantitative or technical problems, independently prototyping and testing with users, and using AI tools in their workflow; financial product, mobile, design system, and brand experience are advantageous.
