Requirements
- Candidates should be experienced in leading end-to-end product design and translating user needs into intuitive solutions, with proficiency in Figma, research, prototyping, usability testing, and interaction design. Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required; experience in fintech, mentoring, accessibility, or complex product ecosystems is a plus.
