UX Designer

Analyze e-commerce purchase funnels to identify user friction and improve conversion and completion rates, then design and iterate on browse, cart, checkout, and account-creation flows using wireframes and interactive prototypes. Partner with product and engineering throughout the design lifecycle, from problem definition through implementation, while independently executing hands-on design work.
Responsibilities
- Analyze e-commerce purchase funnels to identify user friction and improve conversion and completion rates, then design and iterate on browse, cart, checkout, and account-creation flows using wireframes and interactive prototypes. Partner with product and engineering throughout the design lifecycle, from problem definition through implementation, while independently executing hands-on design work.
Requirements
- Requires 3–8 years of UX design experience, including in-house product design in an e-commerce environment and experience optimizing end-to-end, multi-step purchase flows across desktop and mobile. Candidates should be able to turn insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys; be proficient with UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Axure; understand research methods; collaborate across large organizations; and have a bachelor's degree.
