Lead and develop the Mechanical and Electrical Design teams, oversee technical deliverables for custom overhead crane projects, and guide the transition from 2D drafting to 3D design workflows. Improve design standards, productivity, quality, and project execution while partnering with the Chief Engineer and cross-functional teams to support business growth.

Improve design standards, productivity, quality, and project execution while partnering with the Chief Engineer and cross-functional teams to support business growth.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline, at least eight years of engineering design experience, and at least five years leading design teams. Candidates must have experience transitioning teams from 2D drafting to 3D design, managing multidisciplinary design work, and using modern CAD platforms; overhead crane, ETO, PLM, Lean/Six Sigma, and PE experience are preferred.
