Requirements
- Requires 12 or more years of product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex, multi-surface products, platforms, or tools at scale. Candidates should bring strong AI-native systems thinking, experience navigating organizational complexity and ambiguity, and the ability to influence leaders; experience with AI agents, responsible AI, and workflow transformation is valued.
