Plan and conduct research on claims and medical evaluation workflows, test prototypes and production experiences, and synthesize findings into prioritized recommendations. Translate research insights into wireframes and prototypes, collaborate with designers, engineers, product owners, and subject-matter experts, and document workflows to support product decisions and development handoffs.

Requirements
- Requires U.S. citizenship, at least three years of experience in UX research, human factors, or applied product research, and proficiency with Figma or similar prototyping tools. Candidates should be skilled in research planning and methods, communicating findings, understanding complex workflows, handling sensitive materials, and working in enterprise or government software environments.
