Requirements
- Applicants must have graduated within the previous 12 months and have 0–1 years of full-time professional design experience, with a degree or equivalent practical experience in a design discipline or adjacent field. Candidates should demonstrate visual and interaction design fundamentals, Figma or comparable tool experience, clear communication of design decisions, openness to feedback, evidence of iteration, and a portfolio showing digital product or experience design work.
