Requirements
- Requires substantial senior design or creative leadership experience, preferably in a digital, integrated, or creative agency, with a track record leading multidisciplinary teams and directing digital work. Candidates should be skilled in creative strategy, team development, senior client presentations, pitches, and the commercial aspects of agency delivery.
