Product Designer
Only Farmers Remote (🇬🇧 United Kingdom)
Identify usability issues through user feedback, conversations, product data, and testing, then design and refine user journeys and interfaces across mobile and web products. Direct coding agents to implement design changes, verify complete experiences across relevant states and screen sizes, and maintain shared design patterns and a prioritised UX backlog.
Responsibilities
- Identify friction through user feedback, data and testing
- Design user journeys for discovery, bookings, community and farmer tools
- Improve interaction design, visual hierarchy, accessibility and consistency
- Create briefs and acceptance criteria for coding agents and guide implementation
- Test complete journeys across screen states and document changes
Requirements
- Strong UX/UI portfolio showing usable products
- Practical experience delivering changes with coding agents (Codex or Claude)
- Ability to turn user feedback into design decisions
- Good visual and interaction design judgment
- Clear communication and step‑by‑step work breakdown
