Design user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile, leading product design from research through validation and creating accessible, visually compelling interfaces. Develop prototypes and design systems, validate solutions through user testing, support end-to-end service design and branding, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design user‑centered digital experiences for web and mobile platforms
- Lead end‑to‑end product design processes from research to validation
- Create attractive, accessible UI aligned with business and user needs
- Participate in Service Design initiatives to optimize end‑to‑end customer experiences
- Produce high‑fidelity prototypes and validate hypotheses through user testing
- Develop visual concepts that follow branding and product identity guidelines
- Generate and maintain design systems, reusable components and visual standards
- Collaborate closely with product, business, technology and stakeholder teams
- Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions and Design Thinking activities
- Conduct research, user testing and continuous improvement of digital products
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Designer
- At least 5 years designing digital products for web and mobile platforms
- Experience in Service Design and UI design
- Background in branding, visual identity and illustration
- Ability to design animations for digital products
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, LottieFiles
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Milanote, Zeplin, Mural, Overflow, Marvel, InVision
- Hands‑on experience with user testing platforms like Maze
- Knowledge of Customer Journey Mapping and Design Thinking methodologies
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Desirable: experience in banking/financial sector, Hotjar analytics, Confluence, Miro, Trello or Notion, Behavior Design, design systems, digital transformation projects
