Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, along with more than eight years of experience in transformer design engineering and design engineering leadership. Candidates should bring expertise in transformer standards and regulations, manufacturing and product optimization, cross-functional team leadership, mentoring, analytical problem-solving, communication, and budget and resource management.
