Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of product design experience, strong visual and interaction design expertise, and a track record of shipping impactful work on complex products, systems, or workflows. Candidates should communicate design decisions clearly, collaborate effectively, prioritize impact, and take hands-on ownership; experience with model training, conversational AI, or task management systems is a bonus.
