Design and maintain the information architecture, user flows, visual designs, prototypes, and design system for the bankâs e-finance portal. Validate designs through user research and testing, uphold usability and design standards, and collaborate with UX colleagues, stakeholders, and an agile development team.
Responsibilities
- Create and align information architecture and user flows for the eâfinance portal
- Document and maintain the design system
- Produce visual designs, copy, image and icon assets
- Ensure compliance with and evolution of design guidelines
- Develop mockups, user scenarios, flows and prototypes in Figma
- Participate in market research activities such as usability tests, concept tests and A/B tests
- Engage actively in agile development team rituals
- Contribute to innovation and further development projects
- Collaborate closely with other UX designers and relevant stakeholders
- Own the usability, user experience and consistent customer experience of the portal
- Maintain thorough documentation of information architecture and navigation concepts
Requirements
- Higher education in Interaction Design, User Experience, Interactive Media or related field
- Optional additional studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science or Business Administration
- Extensive experience designing components and interfaces for digital platforms
- Several years of building, evolving or maintaining large design systems in Figma
- Strong knowledge of UserâCentered Design, usability and modern UX methods
- Experience creating information architectures, wireframes, user flows and prototypes
- Good technical understanding of frontend components and digital applications
- Ability to think holistically and translate complex requirements into userâcentric solutions
- Experience interacting with diverse stakeholders and advocating design decisions
- Selfâdriven, creative, implementationâfocused personality with high customer orientation
- Professional communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork
