Lead architectural and interior design from concept through construction for large-scale hospitality and leisure projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, schedules, budgets, and design quality. Responsibilities
- Lead architectural and interior design from concept through construction for large-scale hospitality and leisure projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, schedules, budgets, and design quality. Coordinate with stakeholders, brand operators, authorities, and construction teams to maintain design intent, meet KSA regulations and brand standards, and resolve design issues.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field, with 10–15 years of relevant experience and at least five years in a leadership role. Candidates should have a strong portfolio and hospitality or leisure project experience, proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD and Revit/BIM, knowledge of hospitality standards and KSA/GCC regulations, and strong project, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
