Lead and coordinate MEP design across project stages, integrating architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines while reviewing design documents for quality and compliance. Manage consultants and submissions, support procurement and authority approvals, and resolve technical issues during construction.

- Lead and coordinate MEP design across project stages, integrating architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines while reviewing design documents for quality and compliance. Manage consultants and submissions, support procurement and authority approvals, and resolve technical issues during construction.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a master's preferred, and 10–15 years of MEP design and coordination experience, including at least three years in a managerial role. Candidates must have PMC experience and large-scale hospitality or leisure project experience, along with strong knowledge of building systems, codes, standards, design tools, and BIM coordination.
