Lead MEP design delivery from concept through detailed design, managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and other design disciplines. Ensure technical compliance and quality while managing schedules, resources, risks, value engineering, sustainability initiatives, and design issues through project handover.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline, with 10–15 years of MEP design and engineering experience, including design management and large-scale hospitality or leisure projects. Candidates should have strong MEP systems and codes knowledge, BIM and design software proficiency, project and team management capabilities, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills; professional or project management certification is an advantage.
