Lead mechanical design from concept through detailed design and construction support, ensuring technical quality, code compliance, and alignment with project safety, schedule, and cost objectives. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage resources and budgets, guide engineering staff, engage stakeholders, mitigate technical risks, and support procurement and continuous improvement.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage resources and budgets, guide engineering staff, engage stakeholders, mitigate technical risks, and support procurement and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 10–15 years of mechanical design experience, including leadership or management, with experience delivering large-scale hospitality or leisure projects. Candidates should have strong knowledge of engineering codes and mechanical systems, experience managing multidisciplinary teams and project deliverables, and excellent leadership and communication skills; a master's degree and PE, CEng, or equivalent certification are advantageous.
