Product Designer, Generative Media (Staff-Level / L6)

Lead the end-to-end evolution of the AI Playground into a scalable, multi-format creation hub, setting design direction for discovery, experimentation, and iteration across video, images, and motion graphics. Partner with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap and quality bar, prototype and test interaction models, and ensure Playground connects coherently with Studio and the Media Library.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end evolution of the AI Playground into a scalable, multi-format creation hub, setting design direction for discovery, experimentation, and iteration across video, images, and motion graphics. Partner with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap and quality bar, prototype and test interaction models, and ensure Playground connects coherently with Studio and the Media Library.

Requirements

• Applicants should bring significant experience designing creation tools or generative-media platforms, strong interaction and visual design craft, and a record of shipping delightful experiences for complex workflows. They should be comfortable designing within AI model constraints, scaling multi-format products, communicating tradeoffs across teams, and using customer feedback to solve novel problems.
