Own product projects from discovery through delivery, including framing user and business problems, involving developers early, and communicating directly with stakeholders. Guide iterative delivery, prioritization, and analysis of results, taking responsibility for project impact.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product discovery, define problem statements, and create story maps and opportunity trees
- Design UI in Figma, iterate based on user and business feedback
- Collaborate with development squads from roadmap planning through delivery and iteration
- Maintain design system consistency across platforms
- Lead rebranding effort, modernizing visual language and interfaces
- Integrate AI tools (LLM coding assistance, data analysis with Claude) into daily workflow
- Participate in weekly product reviews and roadmap syncs
- Communicate progress and decisions with stakeholders and the Head of Product
Requirements
- Solid B2C eâcommerce experience on web/apps
- Strong product design expertise beyond Figma mockups
- Ability to own projects endâtoâend without a dedicated product manager
- Excellent written communication for formal project framing
- Analytical mindset for prioritization and impact measurement
