The role involves conducting user research and translating user needs into intuitive, coherent digital design solutions. You will collaborate closely with product, development, and design teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and maintain the design system.
Responsibilities
- Conduct UX research including interviews, surveys, and benchmarking under senior guidance
- Analyze user needs and translate them into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma and FigJam
- Design intuitive and accessible web and app interfaces while adhering to the existing design system
- Collaborate with senior designers to define menus, panels, visual indicators, and interface states
- Build navigable prototypes and support usability testing with real users
- Document findings and propose design iterations based on feedback
- Maintain and update design system components for multi‑platform consistency
- Prepare and hand off UI assets to development teams and perform visual QA before release
- Participate in sprint planning, providing design effort estimates
- Create visual materials for internal product presentations and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- Graphic Design degree with UX/UI specialization or equivalent bootcamp training
- 1‑3 years of digital product design experience with a demonstrable portfolio
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
- Strong initiative, curiosity, and growth‑mindset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
