Own end-to-end design across Consertusâ digital products, including research, interaction design for AI-powered features, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and engineering handoff. Build and maintain a scalable design system, uphold product quality, and collaborate with engineering, product, and advisory teams to make complex capital-program workflows clear and usable.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design across Consertusâ digital products, including research, interaction design for AI-powered features, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and engineering handoff. Build and maintain a scalable design system, uphold product quality, and collaborate with engineering, product, and advisory teams to make complex capital-program workflows clear and usable.
Requirements
- Requires 7â10+ years of product design experience, a portfolio demonstrating strong design judgment and end-to-end ownership, and experience shipping production software. Candidates should be fluent in AI-assisted design workflows, able to simplify complex business systems and data-heavy processes, proficient in Figma, and experienced collaborating closely with engineering; a design-related bachelorâs degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
