Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research across software, web, and mobile products, using research and prototyping tools to evaluate user needs and experiences. Analyze findings and communicate actionable design and product recommendations while collaborating with designers, product owners, and developers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user experience research across various contexts, needs and user profiles
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative studies to support product decisions
- Use research, testing and prototyping tools (Maze, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Figma)
- Analyze results and turn findings into design and product recommendations
- Collaborate with UX designers, product owners and developers
- Contribute to the evolution of software, web and mobile products
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., VS Code/Claude) to support research and analysis
- Communicate insights clearly in written and verbal formats
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of UX research experience in software development environments
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Proficiency with Maze, UserTesting, Qualtrics and Figma
- Experience with HCM, B2B or similarly complex products
- Strong collaboration skills with UX designers, product owners and developers
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Advanced English
- Familiarity with AI tools such as VS Code/Claude
