PRODUCT DESIGNER - HOME DECOR

Develop and create trend concepts, collections, and communication materials for retail store spaces. Ensure brand guideline maintenance, manage design quality, and handle pre-press and photo post-production tasks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and create trend concepts and collections
- Create communication concepts for store spaces targeting the retail market
- Monitor new trends and share references/benchmarks with the team
- Manage and maintain brand guidelines
- Collaborate closely with other teams to produce quick, creative graphic solutions for products and design projects
- Ensure high quality of design materials while meeting planning and deadline requirements
- Perform photographic post‑production
- Prepare files for print production (pre‑press)
Requirements
- Experience in collection development
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Knowledge of Web Design
- Previous professional experience in similar roles
- Team spirit and strong collaboration skills
- Responsibility, autonomy and resilience
- Creative thinking
- Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly
