Requirements
- Requires 10+ years of experience designing user-centered digital products, including at least 3 years building design systems or driving cross-platform consistency, plus expert-level Figma skills. Candidates should demonstrate systemic thinking, strong collaboration with product and engineering teams, and excellent communication; a portfolio link showcasing scalable design work is required.
